Tropical Twist Smoothie

Ingredients 1 cup coconut milk1 cup baby spinach1/2 ripe banana3 frozen peach slices1/2 cup frozen mango1/4 cup of fresh pineapple1 tbsp Sea-licious Tropical Colada1 tbsp coconut oil1 tsp hemp hearts1 scoop vanilla whey Top with flaked coconut if desired. Blend all ingredients in a high powered blender.
