Cheese Platter

Let your taste buds and imagination guide you when creating a beautiful assortment of cheese. I love using a combination of strong, milk, soft and hard cheeses. Accompaniments such as dried fruit, pears, grapes, walnuts, pecans and other spreads like grainy dijon, coconut jam make for the perfect balance with the cheese. You could either serve alongside a fresh baguette, or your favourite crisps, or crackers (Mary’s Organic Gluten Free are a favourite).
