Chia Seed Pudding

Serves 2 

This Chia Seed Pudding is the easiest, most delicious and satisfying to jump-start your day. Simply make this the night before and voila, a perfect on-the-go breakfast! 


3 tablespoons of chia seeds
1/2 cup almond milk
few drops of vanilla extract
1 teaspoon of honey
pinch of cinnamon
1/3 cup of blueberries
1/4 cup of Walnuts
Shredded coconut, goji berry, mulberry (optional)


1. In an airtight container mix the chia seeds with almond milk, vanilla extract, and cinnamon
2. Leave the container in the fridge over night
3. The next morning simply add blueberries, walnuts, shredded coconut, and honey to the chia seed mix and enjoy!
