Citrus Breeze Smoothie

Ingredients 1/1/2  cup coconut water1 scoop vanilla vegan protein1/2 fresh orange1/2 fresh squeezed lime juice1/2 kiwi1/2 avocado1/2 banana1 tbsp Sea-licious Tangerine Lime 1 big handful of spinach/kale1 tbsp chia seeds1 cup of ice Blend all ingredients together in a high powered blender.

Tropical Twist Smoothie

Ingredients 1 cup coconut milk1 cup baby spinach1/2 ripe banana3 frozen peach slices1/2 cup frozen mango1/4 cup of fresh pineapple1 tbsp Sea-licious Tropical Colada1 tbsp coconut oil1 tsp hemp hearts1 scoop vanilla whey Top with flaked coconut if desired.
