Grilled Summer Fruit Salad

A fruit salad this delicious and versatile should be enjoyed all year round. Throw in a handful of mixed greens and it becomes a great starter or side. Don’t have plums or nectarines in season? No problem! Substitute with pears or beets for the perfect crunch and texture. On a hot summer day, omit the cheese and top with a scoop of your favorite fruit sorbet for the perfect finish to any meal!


1 tbsp balsamic vinegar 
2 tsp finely chopped mint, plus extra for garnish 
3 ripe nectarines 
3 ripe red plums 
1 tbsp Alpha Gourmet Keto Oil Blend 
1 cup green grapes, halved 
1/3 crumbled feta cheese 
1 tbsp Alpha Gourmet Keto Oil Blend 


  1. Preheat grill over medium-high heat.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together Alpha Gourmet Keto Oil Blend and vinegar until emulsified. Stir in mint and a pinch of salt. Set dressing aside.
  3. Cut each nectarine and plum into eight wedges, discarding pit. Transfer to large bowl and toss with Alpha Gourmet Keto Oil Blend to coat. Place fruit on preheated grill and cook, turning and basting with any remaining oil in bowl, until well marked and warmed through, about 2 minutes.
  4. Place grilled fruit in a clean bowl and add grapes. Drizzle with about half the dressing and toss to combine. Just before serving sprinkle crumbled cheese over fruit. Divide among serving plates, garnish with extra mint and an additional drizzle of dressing, if desired.
