Healthy Holiday Egg Nog Latte

I hope you are relaxing this morning and enjoying time at home with loved ones. If you are like me, you love the aromas and flavours of the holiday season. Give this Healthy Egg Nog Latte a try…warm, and comforting it will surly get you in the holiday season. Happy Holidays!

Serves 2 


1/2 can full fat coconut milk
1 cup unsweetened almond milk
3 organic eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 tbsp pure maple syrup
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp freshly grated nutmeg–I suggest using the fresh grated nutmeg for a richer flavor
pinch of ground allspice
pince of salt
1/2 cup of freshly brewed coffee


1. In a high speed blender blend all the ingredients (except coffee) until frothy
2. for a creamier texture add more coconut milk and adjust sweetness
3. heat ingredients on the stove
4. pour over top of freshly brewed coffee
5. Sprinkle with cinnamon and Enjoy!
