Get your glow on with this quick, easy and nutritious guacamole. Guacamole makes a great topping on chicken, wraps, salads or let’s face it, just eaten by the spoon.
I like mine with lots of lime, cilantro and sea salt! If you like it sweeter add tomatoes, or if you like a little spice, add some jalapeno.
4-6 ripe avocados (soft but not squishy)
3 freshly squeezed lime
Small bunch of cilantro washed and chopped small
1/2 small onion diced
Sea salt to desired taste
Scoop flesh of avocado into bowl, mash with side of spoon (I like it more rustic with a few pieces of solid avocado). But if you like it creamy mash with fork.
Add all ingredients and mix. Salt to desired taste.
Serve with your favorite nachos (I like organic Que Pasa Foods)
