Creamy Avocado Smoothie

Serves 1 

Bring out your inner green goddess with this uber delicious, and nutritious smoothie. Makes a great mid-afternoon snack to keep your energy levels high to get you through the busy day! Cheers to all!


1 frozen banana
2 cups of spinach
1/2 avocado
1/2 lemon juice 
1 date, pitted
1 cup of water
fresh grated ginger (optional and add as much as you desire)


Simply add all ingredients into a high speed blender and blend until thick and creamy. For a thicker texture add a few ice cubes and enjoy!
