Pumpkin Spice Latte

Good Morning and a Happy October friends! It’s that time of year for all things comfort and best of all the yummiest food of the year! I can just taste and smell the aroma of cinnamon, nutmeg, pumpkin and maple. Take a few extra minutes to spoil yourself with this healthy Pumpkin Spice Latte! 

Ingredients

1/2 cup almond milk, simmer and bring to boil
1/2 cup hot brewed coffee
1 tbsp full fat organic coconut milk
2 tbsp organic pumpkin purée
1/2 tbsp maple butter (or maple syrup)
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp ground ginger
1/4 tsp nutmeg
Dash of cloves
Dash of allspice

Directions
1. In high speed blender blend all ingredients until frothy
2. For a creamier texture add coconut milk and adjust sweetness to your taste.
